AlphonseXReader- Travel

You are yet again, in another strange town, trying to find some work so that you have money for food.

"Damn, finding work is hard." you say to yourself. You were holing a sign that read, "I will do any work for money."

A few hours went by and nobody wanted you to work for them.

"Screw this." you said as you went to throw away the sign.

"M-miss? Are you okay?" a voice asks you. You turn to see who would be asking you something like that.

"Yeah, I'm alright, it's just hard to live on your own with no place with no place to stay." you tell him, the guy in huge armor. 

"My name is Alphonse Elric, and" he points to the shorter one, "this is my older brother Edward."

"Older?!"you ask in shock. "There is no way you're younger." the short one, Ed, starts getting pissed.

"What's that mean?!" he demands.

"B-brother, calm down." Al tries to calm him. 

"I'm sorry if I sound rude, but, you don't look older. " you say to Ed, "I really don't mean anything by it." After that, you began to travel with Al (and Ed.) and learned why they were traveling because they wanted to try and get their normal bodies back.

~~~ Time Skip- 3 months later~~~

You have been traveling with Al and Ed for the whole three months. You really have your eyes on Al. You have your reasons; he's strong, but sweet. He doesn't get pissed off as easy as his brother.

"Aaahh..." you sighed, just knowing you've fallen for Al at first sight. "Maybe I'm just odd for that." you said to yourself.

"___,what do you mean you're odd?" Al asked you.

"Uh, n-nothing! Nothing at all!" you told him as you began to blush. 'crap!'

"Are you sure ___? Is something wrong?"

"Uh, n-no, I'm fine!"

"But why is your face red? Do you have a fever?" he asked.

"I-I'm fine, really!" you stop and try to find something to change the subject. "O-oh, look Al! Isn't that thing over there cool looking?!" you ask, then run away to it.

"Al." Ed says once you were out of hearing range.

"Yeah?" he asked.

" You do know how she feels, right?" Ed asks him.

"Uh, sick, right? Like a fever or something?" 

"No, not that. She likes you Al."

"Well, of course, we are all friends."

"That's not it either!" Ed yells at him, "She has special feelings for you Al."

Al is just standing there. Ed thought you couldn't hear what they were talking about, but you could, and you heard every word. Beginning to end.

"Ah, might as well confess." you tell yourself. Then you walk over to Al and Ed, and Ed notices this.

"Al, I need to tell you something."

"Yeah? What is it?" he asks.

"Well, first you need to know I heard your whole talk with your brother."

"Really?" he asks, "so you're going to tell me he was just joking, right?"

"Wrong." you tell him,"your brother is right. I-I Sony like your as a friend,Al. I want to be more than just friends."

Al is standing there in shock. When you didn't get a response, you decided now would be a good time to leave and travel alone.

"Wait!" Al shouts as he grabbed your hand, then you paused.

"What?"you asked.

"Uh, if-if I-I could, th-then, uh... I would umm, k-kiss you." he told you. He gently pulled you closer to him.

"Really?" you ask him, "You're not just saying that because it's convenient?"

"No, I'm not. I-I mean what I said." you turn to face him, then give him a hug.

"I love you." you say to him. He had told you that he loved you back, and you went on with your travel, and in hope to get him his body back. (Well, his brother's arm and leg too, but you don't care that much for him.)

"Oh, yeah! Hey, shortie!" you shout, "Thanks a lot, I never would have told your brother how I felt if you hadn't helped me!"

"Well, you're we- hey! Who're you callin' short?!" he shouts as you began to laugh.

"Let's get going then!" you tell them.
